Oliver (Bert) Goodwin

March 10, 1931 - July 12, 2025

Oliver (Bert) Goodwin’s story spans a continent. Born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, where he worked as a Railroad Telegrapher, and married Sarah, in 1952. They moved to Southern California in 1969 and raised three sons, Paul, Larry, and Dean, eventually settling in Lakeport in 1978.

Bert passed peacefully in Santa Rosa. He was kind, thoughtful, and quietly strong. His gentle spirit will be dearly missed.

Funeral Service will be held at Chapel of the Lakes on Monday, July 28, 2025 at 11:00 AM.
