Patty Lee Smith was born in Boyd, Nebraska in 1938. She is survived by her three children; Ted Smith, Theresa Smith-Dunagan and Michelle Perry, six grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was a mother, grandmother, and a best friend in the storm of life.
