Celebration of Life
Condolences
Bob, you have been an amazing person! A humble and wise friend. Thank you for everything! Rest in peace.
Rest in peace, Bob. Whether it was a teaching moment, or a fascinating story of your adventures, it was always a blast talking with you. I am lucky to have met and worked with you. You will be missed.
Hey Bob- Thanks for all of all the friendly experiences that we had together and all that you had taught me! We met sometime in 2009 when I was a newbie to autocross. Since we raced Porsche Boxsters at the time we found each other. Bob had tons of Porsche and driving experience which he shared freely without hesitation. Guess it was the teacher in him. Bob was the backbone of the Redwood Region Autocross program and provided all the driving and technical information on how to run an event. Both he and Anita would be the first ones to arrive and the last to leave. His joy of competitive driving was contagious. Bob was also enthused in showing the beauty of his 914 Porsche at concours events. He also organized tours and great events. As you can see, Bob would jump into experiences with both feet. And, when he met Anita he proudly posted photos of their growing love. It was a wonderful experience of crossing paths with such a great guy. Bob, It was a gift to have met you. Thanks for being you.
I met Bob only once, during World Skills Competition in Lepzig 2013, but I have a vivid memory of him. Such a positive and supportive person. He truly and wholeheartedly supported us and the competing students to the max, and brought joy and fun to the competition. My thoughts today go to Bob's family.
RIP, Bob. I will miss you. I am very grateful for your kind words for my linkedin recommendation, which is now I hold on dearly. I had a few good laughs with your sense of humor. I also had a great time working along side with you to make the Healthy Network simulation. It was a privilege to work with a great man like you, Bob.
Thank you Bob for bringing your wisdom and enthusiasm to everything you did.
We meet each other at WorldSkills competition in Calgary 2009. In WorldSkills you where the driving person within Cisco that gave us the opportunity to use Cisco products in our competition. You and i was deeply connected when we introduced secret challenges with Packet Tracer in our competition in Leipzig 2013. Thanks for everything and rest in peace Bob!
