Delphine "Babe" Mae Higgins, loving wife, mother , sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and aunt passed away peacefully at home on May 10,2023 surrounded by those she loved the most.
She leaves behind her husband of 49 years, Norris Higgins; her son, Richard Kettwigg (Christine); brother, Clarence Randolph(Glendine); stepchildren, Cindy Snith (Kevin), Bonnie Hoeck (Walter), Harold Higgins, Bruce Higgins (Marilyn); 10 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by Steve Higgins.
