Patrick, survived by his beloved wife, Janice McSweeney; her daughter, Judith and husband Daniel; granddaughter, Sierra; stepson, Bill and wife Kathy; as well as his dear friends, Ralph, Sean, and Jamie.
Patrick worked for many years for the City and County of San Francisco as a Lead Landscaper in Golden Gate Park and a veteran who served in the Navy. He enjoyed gardening, taking fun trips to the casino and spending time with his close friends and family. His sparkling blue eyes and brilliant smile will truly be missed.
