Debra lived in Lucerne and passed at the young age of 58. She is predeceased by her parents, Bud and Diane and her brother, Michael. She is survived by her sister, Janice and long time boyfriend, Carlos Arroyo.
Debra enjoyed, fishing, camping, boating, games and solving puzzles.
Friends are welcome to attend her Celebration of Life on October 5, 2024 at Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino 1545 CA-20, Nice, CA 95464 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
